What’s New From 1st April 2025, the Door Supervisor Refresher Course will be mandatory for all door supervisors renewing their SIA licences.
First Aid Training Requirements You must have a valid Emergency First Aid qualification before attending the Door Supervisor Refresher course. About the SIA Door Supervisor Refresher Course At Bridge Training UK Ltd, we offer the Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Refresher/Top-Up) course. This course is essential for current SIA Door Supervisors to stay up to date with industry standards.

Examination Resits 1 exam re-sit allowed at no additional charge if you don’t pass the first time. Our pass rate is over 95%.

SIA Licence Renewal Your SIA licence will not renew automatically. You must apply for renewal through the SIA. Renewal is not guaranteed, and the SIA may change its criteria or background checks.
You can apply to renew your licence up to 4 months before it expires. Renewing early ensures there’s no gap in your licence. If applying through an employer, they must link their SIA account with yours.
